The Bullard EDP10 Free-Air pump supplies air for one continuous flow airline hood/helmet style respirator or two tight-fitting face piece style units. This 115 volt unit features a 3/4 hp motor and has an air flow of 5 CFM at 10 psig. When used with optional extension hose kits, the breathable air inlet filter can be located up to 300 feet away from the pump. The inlet filter is medium efficiency, keeping particles larger than 25 microns out of the air supply.
These pumps are ideal for supplying clean, breathable air when a compressed air system is not available. The oil-less design means these pumps do not produce carbon monoxide, oil vapor or oil mist. Therefore, there is no need for expensive CO monitors, temperature alarms, airline filters, or complicated calibration equipment that is required in compressed air systems.
This unit weighs 49 lbs (22.2 kg) and is 8" w x 16.3" l x 13.5" h. Supplied-air respirators used with this pump must be NIOSH approved to operate at 15 psig or less.
